
Walton fell to No. 5 in Class 6A, marking the largest shift in the class meanwhile, Campbell fell out of the rankings after a loss to Carrollton, giving Richmond Hill its debut at No. 10.
In 5A, Chamblee dropped out of the rankings after a 3-4 start to the season, allowing Houston County to debut at No. 10 following a strong 7-2 start.
In Class 4A there was a bit of a shake-up toward the bottom of the rankings. Midtown dropped out after a 3-3 start, while Locust Grove fell to No. 10. Pace made its debut at No. 9 after starting the season 4-2.
In Class 3A there was a major shake-up in the middle of the rankings. No. 6 Whitewater fell out, and No. 5 Cherokee Bluff dropped to No. 10 after 4-3 and 3-4 starts, respectively. Replacing Whitewater is Sandy Creek, which debuts at No. 9 after an impressive 6-0 start.
The only major change in 2A was Morgan County moving up from No. 6 to No. 3 after a strong start to the season.
In Class A-Division I, Fitzgerald was the only team to see significant movement, falling out of the rankings after a few tough games that dropped them to 3-5. They have been replaced by Swainsboro, which enters at No. 10 with a 7-1 record. Similarly, in Class A-Division II, the only movement was Lincoln County dropping out after falling to 3-4, allowing Atkinson County to debut at No. 10.
In Class 1A-3A Private saw a lot of movement, with three teams, Aquinas, Mt. Vernon, and Whitefield Academy, falling out of the rankings. They are being replaced by Paideia, which returns to the rankings at No. 7, Wesleyan at No. 9, and Walker, making its debut at No. 10 after a 5-1 start.
