Buford OT Ben Mubenga announces commitment to Arkansas

Ben Mubenga became the third offensive tackle to commit to Arkansas in the 2026 class as he chose the Razorbacks over Georgia Tech, Florida State, and NC State Saturday. Mubenga, who is the No. 43 OT in the 2026 recruiting class according to Rivals, took an official visit to Fayetteville (NC) on the weekend of June 6th.

He was a major part of the Wolves’ domination on offense that saw the team record 38 rushing touchdowns on 3,182 rushing yards and 17 touchdown receptions on 1,954 receiving yards.

Mubenga brings ferocity to the trenches for Buford by battling aggressively against opposing defensive tackles and defensive ends. He creates a big gap for running plays as the Wolves did very well with runs up the middle. His dominance on the line of scrimmage also allows for a ton of screen pass plays.

Mubenga looks forward to continuing his lockdown protection on the Buford offensive line in his senior year under head coach Bryant Appling.
